The True Trade DEX Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using The True Trade DEX, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our decentralized exchange services, including trading and interaction with smart contracts. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
You are prohibited from using the Platform if you reside in a restricted jurisdiction (e.g., countries sanctioned by OFAC, UN, EU, or other regulatory bodies).

1.2 Decentralized Nature

The True Trade DEX is non-custodial, giving you full control over your funds through self-hosted wallets connected to The True Trade DApp.
KYC-Free Access: No KYC is required to use the platform, ensuring a fully decentralized trading experience.

2. Services Provided

The True Trade DEX offers a decentralized platform for trading digital assets without intermediaries. Users retain full control of their private keys and funds at all times.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Securing their private keys, wallet credentials, and recovery phrases.
Ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before execution (The Platform cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions).
Complying with local laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency trading.
Refraining from engaging in prohibited activities such as market manipulation, illegal activities, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.

4. Risks

Trading digital assets involves significant risks, including market volatility and potential loss of funds. Users should conduct their own research and exercise caution when trading.

4.1 Prohibited Activities & Risk Control

Abusive Behavior: You agree not to:

Engage in disruptive trading patterns (e.g., rapid mass deposits/withdrawals, opening/closing excessive positions).
Exploit technical vulnerabilities (e.g., oracle manipulation, flash loan attacks) or deploy malicious smart contracts/bots.
Overload the network via spam transactions, Sybil attacks, or other harmful acts.

Risk Control: The Platform reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or freeze accounts engaging in such activities to mitigate risks to users and system stability.

5. Fees and Network Gas Fees

5.1 Trading Fees

Trading fees are applied per trade and are deducted automatically when executing transactions on The True Trade.

5.2 Network Fees (Gas Fees on Binance Smart Chain)

Network fees, also known as gas fees, are mandatory charges paid to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) for processing and confirming transactions on the blockchain.
These fees are not controlled by The True Trade DEX but are required for smart contract execution.
The gas fee amount varies based on network congestion, transaction complexity, and BSC validator fees.
Users must ensure they have sufficient BNB in their wallets to cover gas fees when interacting with the platform.

6. Privacy Policy

The True Trade DEX respects your privacy. As a decentralized platform, we do not collect personal information. However, we may collect non-personal data such as:

Automatically Collected Data: Public blockchain data (e.g., wallet addresses, transaction hashes), IP addresses, device information, and browsing activity.
Voluntary Data: Email addresses (optional for notifications) and KYC data (if required for specific services).

6.1 Use of Data:

To operate, improve, and secure the platform.
To comply with legal or regulatory requests.
For analytics and marketing purposes (with user consent).

Market Volatility: Crypto prices can fluctuate rapidly.
Smart Contract Vulnerabilities: Bugs or exploits may result in irreversible losses.
Regulatory Changes: Laws governing crypto may impact Platform availability.

8.2 No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, security, or profitability.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

The True Trade DEX is not liable for:
Losses due to user error (e.g., sending funds to wrong addresses).
Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data breaches).
